Please be aware of our house rules: - There is absolutely no smoking or drugs in Airbnb. - NO Parties or Events allowed. A request for a charge to your account for smoke damages will be requested. You may go outside the main gate to smoke. - No Loud Music or Noise of any kind is Allowed at anytime. - Pets are welcome, but please add them as a "Guest" to your total count***No Cats*** and let the host know that a pet will be joining you. - No 3rd Party booking, We may ask for ID upon arrival. - This is a very quiet and serene Suite most of the time, However at time your may hear the neighbor dogs barking. - Please TURN OFF all lights and appliances and air conditioning when you go out. - For Safety and Security reasons we may have to get into your suite to Turn Off all lights and Appliances and Air Conditioning if there is any sign that they are left On(noise from Air conditioner outside Unit, smoke alarm sound, light thru windows,) - We may also ask you to vacate the property if you don't abide by the house rules Thanks for allowing us to host you!!

The place was great for my wife and I, but it would be even better for a single person as the space is pretty small. Everything that we needed was provided, and when we asked for additional items, De Careme provided them for us quickly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The guest house was very nice, clean and quiet. There were towels ready and even 3 pump bottles in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There was an upgrade Keurig and some pods to get started. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great split system AC that was very quiet. There was a big closet with mirrored doors that were great. And then a small fridge which accommodated my things for a couple weeks. I met the host one day by chance and she was very pleasant. When I need an Airbnb in this area again, this is where I’m coming 10/10.
